Welcome to Gumatua, the eLearning app provided by House of Kings Pte Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gumatua eLearning app (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Subscription
1.1. Gumatua is a paid eLearning app. To access our premium content and features, you must subscribe to our services by selecting one of our subscription plans.
1.2. Subscription plans may have different durations and prices, which will be clearly outlined in the App.
1.3. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 3.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and prices. In such cases, we will provide notice before the changes take effect.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1. To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
